I have done some research into the exact social class that we are aiming are music video towards so i interviewed i wide range of people to then see what class catergory they are in and then i was able to make up an average of the overall social class that we are aiming our music video towards. Firstly i interviewed Julie Hordon on the BBC social class questionaire to see what catergory she fell in to as we found that she is interested in our overall idea and feel like she would watch and listen to the music that we have chosen.
We found that Julie fitted in to the established middle class catergory and we found this rather interesting that a middle class person would enjoy this. We then interviews Sally Bailey who came under traditional working class and also Mel nicholson who came under technical middle class so overall we are looking at low middle class and working class people who will be interested at our music video and now that we have established this it will be easier on research on what we should be including in our music video.
This social class seems to like to see a lot going on and love to see lots of different things going on all at once which will keep them entertained and drawn into the music video. We are going to appeal to them by making sure that there is some form of a story line and a lot of the band featured. We are choosing to do this so because then there will be more than one thing going on at once so it keeps the TA drawn in and hopefully will encourage them to watch the music video more than once as hopefully there will be some enigma as well so they wasn't to watch it again to find out the answer and not because they are unable to figure out what is going on.
